About me

I am a software engineer and machine learning enthusiast, living in south Germany. I would say, that I am a generalist and I really like applying research to solve practical problems. This passion took me from my vocational training as an electronics technician, to my master´s degree in computer science.

While studying, I always wanted to keep the link between theory and practice. After my first semester, I started working as software developer in an eCommerce company. In my studies I was mostly focused on distributed computing and computer vision and discovered machine learning and artificial intelligence as my passion. That´s why I decided to do my masters in machine learning and interactive systems. As a final highlight of my master studies, I had the opportunity to go abroad for an internship at CERN in Switzerland. Since 2016 I am working as a machine learning engineer, dealing with everything related to productionize machine learning into software products.
